What booking system are you using?

We migrated from Mindbody to Wellness Living the summer of 2019.

Does the studio provide yoga mats?

The studio has loaner mats for new trial members and has mats for sale. If you forgot your mat, we’ve got you covered.

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend a class?

Currently (as of April 2022) the Provincial Government does not require anyone attending to be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination is not required.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Wearing a mask in studio is a personal choice. Masks are not required

Can I show up at the studio to take a class and pay then

We prefer that you arrive for a class 10-15 minutes before class start having paid and booked your class online. Some of the classes do have waitlists so you may not be able to attend. There also is an online waiver that must be signed.  

How do I sign up online?


Do I have to arrive in studio to purchase a membership?

No, you can sign-up (create a profile) and purchase a membership all online. Once you are signed in you can browse the online store and select the purchase option that best suites your schedule.

Can I share my punch passes?

Yes, you can share punch passes with anyone connected to your profile. Here’s how:

Can I put my membership on hold?

Memberships can be placed on hold for medical reasons or studio shutdown. Call or email the studio to request a membership hold.

Are all your classes hot?

The studio is heated for most classes. The exceptions are: Prenatal yoga, Kids yoga, and Zumba

What is the temperature at the studio?

Current settings are between 33 and 35 degrees Celsius.

May I book back-to-back classes?

Yes, you may, if there are not wait lists on classes. This gives all members an opportunity to attend a class.

How many days in advance can I book classes?

14 days

What is the late cancel window?

A late cancel is within 2 hours of class start. The exceptions are 6:00am classes

How does the waitlist work?

When a class is full, we have the capability to manage a waitlist for the class. When a member early cancels their booking, the first person on the waitlist is promoted to the class. You will receive an email (if class notifications are turned on in your profile).

Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you do not want to be promoted into the class. Members do cancel their reservations at all hours of the day. If you go to sleep remaining on the waitlist, please be prepared for class the next morning. We do occasionally receive last minute cancels for classes, so checking 30 minutes before class start will sometime get you a reservation.

How are late cancel or no show penalties calculated?

The 3rd late-cancel or no-show within a 30-day period will be penalized $10. If you have extenuating circumstances, please call or email the studio.

What is the maximum number of people per class at the studio?

Pre-Covid the Maximum was 25. Currently the maximum is 18 (1 instructor, 17 members).

Can I use my membership at another Oxygen Studio?

Each studio is independently owned thus using a membership between studios is not possible. Many studios offer 50% off a second studio membership as a goodwill gesture.

How does a closure impact my membership?

The membership is placed on hold and the next payment is prorated based on the numbers of days on hold.

Prepaid memberships are placed on hold and the days remaining are automatically calculated when the studio reopens.
